Eduardo Arroyo is a Messianic rabbi and one of the founders of Upper Room NYC, a Messianic synagogue located on the Upper East Side of Manhattan. He planted the congregation alongside his wife, Amy, whom he has been married to since 2014. Eduardo is also the host of the YouTube channel Radar Apologetics Media, where he explores topics related to Rabbinic Judaism and Messianic Jewish apologetics. His research focuses on engaging Jewish texts and traditions while presenting the message of Yeshua (Jesus) as the Messiah. He is passionate about sharing the gospel and helping people from all backgrounds encounter Yeshua and grow in their understanding of the Scriptures.

Justin Francis a.k.a. Justin Martyr is a Servant of Christ, Theologian, Pastor, Musician, Artist and Producer. Born and raised in Miami, Fl; he is a graduate of The Moody Bible Institute & Moody Theological Seminary in Chicago, IL with both his Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree in Theology & Pastoral Ministry. He is currently The Chaplain of The Miami, FL Pre-Trial Detention Center Jail. He has served as the Associate Pastor at New Life Community Church in Bridgeport; Chicago, IL as well as Pastor of Visitation at Englewood Family Outreach in Englewood; Chicago, IL ministering to gang members on Chicago’s southside. He now serves as a member of Metropolitan Baptist Church in Hollywood, FL. As an artist Justin has released 10 hip-hop albums and EP’s. Justin owns his own Production Company (Justin-Credible Productions LLC) and his own Record Label (Verbal Renaissance LLC). By God’s Grace he has performed, preached and had his music heard all over the world; including the United States, Canada, The Caribbean, Europe and Africa. Justin lives in Hollywood, FL with his lovely wife Aasha and their handsome son Justin Francis II.

David Barron is a Christian apologist in Texas with over a decade of experience in both ministry and apologetics. A former Jehovah’s Witness, he focuses on addressing modern cults and fringe movements, equipping believers to engage these groups with clarity and confidence. Alongside his apologetics work, David is actively involved in his local church within children’s ministry, where he is committed to laying a clear and solid biblical foundation for the next generation. His teaching emphasizes careful exegesis of the biblical text and a faithful handling of Scripture. He has participated in numerous public theological dialogues and formal debates on topics such as the prehuman existence of Jesus. He also shares his work through his platform, ScripturalTruths, hosted on TikTok and YouTube. Theology for the City Initiative is a network of Christians with three aims:

We engage alternative spiritualities and new religious movements with Scripture and contextualized apologetics. (Gal. 1:6–9; 2 Cor. 10:5). Our speciality is culturally relevant apologetics, new religious movements, and theology in urban contexts. We desirte to model gospel evangelism for Christ in the city.

We seek to equip the church to engage the culture in its contexts with biblical clarity and Christ-centered conviction (Col. 2:8; Jude 3). We come alongside churches with training, resources, and collaboration—offering consultation and connecting people to trusted biblical counseling and counter-cult resources (Eph. 4:11–14; Acts 20:29–31). We seek to doctrinally defend and prote

We produce fresh, original research and create tools that bridge academic theology and practical ministry—offering a unique contribution to the church’s engagement today. (2 Tim. 2:15). We engage across digital spaces and public forums—with clarity, conviction, and Christ at the center (Col. 4:5–6). We also work to protect the victims of false doctrine and serve as a support to people affected by cults who prey on the community.
